Using the linked template below, each student must document the progress towards achievement of each course objective in order to earn a passing grade in the course. For every objective, the student must submit a narrative report which must contain the following elements:

1. How the objective was met, if met.
2. By meeting the objective, what changes does the student expect to implement in their personal nursing practice.
