As they of course might have pursued many more strategies you should carefully select some that you find interesting one way or the other. Maybe they had a major impact either positively or negatively on various parameters, e.g. economic measures market share, company reputation etc. Maybe they were undertaken as a response to a threat or a possibility. (I know it can be difficult to find full and detailed information. Please don’t worry about that.) In the attachment below you can find a list over the strategies you are supposed to pick from

Please read about all strategies (11 + Porter’s five) in CH 4 and in the CH 4 slides. I guess the two other I have added in the Week 4 slides (Process Development + CSR-related) are self-explanatory CH 4 contains other concepts, e.g. long-term objectives, however, please only focus on the 4-6 strategies in your presentations – and provide also a timeline for them.
