Code of Ethics

For the research paper, your group will:Create a Code of Ethics for your fictitious business or organization. Create a social responsibility strategy for your business/organization.Design standards for justice/fairness principles for your fictitious organization (these principles are usually included in a Human Resources policy). Group 4: You are the Board of Directors and Executive Director of a non-profit organization which provides counseling services to children and families. The non-profit employs 175 staff ranging from professionals (psychologists and social workers) to part-time office staff at 3 satellite offices throughout the state.
