Please create a Kanban board of your own. This is a short list of personal items, but it will give you a good idea on how to create the board for a small team as well. Consider the course assignments for this course, things you have to do to prep for fall semester, and any other school tasks you need to perform for school. List the TO DO assignments for the rest of the course, list those that are currently IN PROGRESS, and mark those list items that are already DONE.

When you’re done populating your Kanban chart please ‘SHARE’ it with me (in this case to us our email ids) Also, do a screen capture of your kanban board and attach it here in Blackboard for classmates to see. Share any questions you have about the kanban board or how you might find this useful for small teams on IT projects.

You do NOT need to respond to this discussion forum. It’s simply an opportunity to share what you’ve created with the larger group.
