1. Liberia’s Ebola epidemic has passed and Miatta Zenabu Gbanya finally has time to reflect on one of the worst healthcare crises to hit a developing country. President Ellen Johnson Sirleaf has asked her to put together a “Lessons Learned” report on what the Republic of Liberia can do to improve its ability to respond to another Ebola epidemic.
2. Margaret Chan, the World Health Organization’s director-general has asked Bruce Aylward to reflect on the failures and missteps of the WHO and put together a “Lessons Learned” report on what the WHO can do to respond to another Ebola epidemic
