In recent years, there has been an upswing in “active shooter” scenarios involving multiple innocent victims. This has occurred at schools, shopping malls, movie theaters, and other public and semi-public locations.
For your first post, respond to the following questions:
• Research several active shooter scenarios in the literature. Post two or three specific incidents and describe whether you notice any commonalities. What lessons were learned from the emergency response operations?
