Explain the transferability of the leadership skills to your home country and your personal development?

Guideline –
(Kindly refer the group report, presentations and all the attached documents) Introduction: at the starting point, you need to mention the background that would be
linked to the aim of the project and provide some overall insights about the aim and
organisational context that will help the reader to get the full picture of the subject and
the project. Then introduce the reader to the overall structure of the report ? about 500
words
The main body: in this part you need to divide it into different parts and focus on the
theoretical framework that you used in the Part one: the group report (Attached in documents) You need to criticise the theory and defend the use of such theory in the project. Advantages and
disadvantages are quite important (about 1650 words)
In our Boviaid group project we didn’t use any theoretical framework but in Individual report we have to mention about a theoretical framework which we could have used in our group project and give out its advantages and disadvantages.
Part 2: Reflective statement – you need to tell the reader, what did you gain from this
route (group consultancy project)? What are the evidences that you can provide (use the appendices here)? You should reflect on the principles of ethics, sustainability and responsibility that are relevant to your project. Specifically, you should show evidence of evaluating, comparing and
contrasting relevant principles and proposing solutions. You should also reflect and
discuss how the principles of ethics, sustainability and responsibility inform your
professional practice when carrying out this project.?( about 700 words)

– Conclusion: about 150 words to summarise the overall report at the end.
– List of references: you need at least 30 academic sources in APA 7th referencing format.
– Appendices: use as appropriate. Make sure you refer to these appendices in your text.
