The checklist says, “The most cost-effective way to limit fraud losses is to prevent fraud from occurring.” There are 11 sections on the checklist; evaluate the effectiveness of this checklist to accomplish its stated goal of helping an organization test the effectiveness of its fraud-prevention measures.
