Briefly describe and critique two different interventions that are used to address your issue. Include a description of the interventions and a review of the research literature on their effectiveness. Emphasis should be on studies that describe the effectiveness of an intervention for the problem (these are called evaluation or outcome studies). Apply the skills you have learned in class to provide a thoughtful critique of the evaluation research that has been conducted on these interventions (e.g., identify and discuss the research methodology, identify the studies strengths and weaknesses and discuss how they are important for interpreting the results, discuss issues of internal and external validity and why they are important, etc.).
