   film. Your analysis should identify and clearly explain how at least 2-3 events in the film
   relate to social welfare policy issues and concerns (be specific about the social policy
   issues raised) covered in your text and in class discussions. How do social welfare
   policies affect the lived experiences of populations in need? Based on the story told in
   the film, do those policies fall short? How? Why/why not?
3. Your essay should demonstrate an understanding of the difference between a social
