Would you be honest with your company if you were a smoker?

Many employers discourage smoking often requiring employees to pay higher health insurance premiums for smokers. I recently heard about a well-known treatment facility that allegedly drugs test for nicotine and will not hire smokers?
After reading Chapter 7 and what are your thoughts on this?
