How will the association recover from the crisis occurring?
Learning Goal: I’m working on a business project and need an explanation and answer to help me learn.HOA717 – Project DetailsEach student group is required to make-up a hypothetical association/society. It can be a professional association, trade association, or interest-based association. The association/project focus must fit the following requirements:1. It cannot be too similar to an association that already exists2. Students cannot copy materials from a similar or dissimilar association – this is plagiarism and academic misconduct3. It must be creative and based on the interests of the groupOnce the group has determined the association, the project for the semester and the final presentation will focus on planning the association’s first annual convention. The group should focus on a convention of reasonable size – not too large and not too small. It must have/be:1. At least 500 attendees2. General and educational sessions3. Social events4. Two Days of Programming5. First time convention for the association, so no history6. Occur in 2023The group should look at this as if the group is the internal department at the association planning all elements of the convention. Due dates for each part are noted in the syllabus schedule.General Requirements (Papers not met the following requirements won’t be accepted)All two parts of the project should be: One cohesive PDF file for each part, multiple non-PDF documents will not be accepted 8.5×11 layout, 1-inch margins, single-spaced, font size 11 or 12. The project parts should be as long as they need to be to adequately cover the content required. In real business, it is best to get to the point without sacrificing explanation. Some topics will be best covered with text only and others with text AND a table, visual aid, or bullets. Just ensure that the topic and points are explained. It is up to the group to decide the best way to present ideas, analysis, and work. Grades will be based on the quality of the presentation of information. The project parts are listed below with specific details. If there is confusion, ask questions EARLY! To understand each of these areas, read the text, attend lecture, and explore the resources posted. DO NOT email me with questions that the lecture, resources, or book would have answered. Do research FIRST and then come to me with clarifying questions. I’m happy to help if you have already tried to be your own resource first.
