Write an essay that critically evaluates how a visitor attraction, of your choosing, is contributing to the regeneration of the local area in which it is situated.

Your essay should evaluate the ways in which the local area has benefited from presence of the visitor attraction, as well as consider some of the challenges it has encountered, or which it is still contending with.
