During one of your placements in stage three, you will be expected to undertake a physical or mental health assessment of an individual, under the supervision of a registered nurse. You will identify an individual you have assessed and cared for and are expected to write a 2500-word report demonstrating critical reflection and evaluation on the information generated from your history taking and the physical or mental health assessment undertaken.
