   and develop a personal development plan.
   How do I produce high quality work that merits a good grade?
   By attending the taught sessions that will enable you to develop your skills of reflection and raise your awareness of the
   opportunities available to you. Your work should include:

   § Reflection on my learning and development on the unit with regards to planning for my future – you can use your
   weekly journal entries.
   § What have I learnt about myself? Use career development theories to help you.
   § My intended career goals – where has the inspiration come from?
   § What I need to do to achieve them – experience, skills, attributes, qualifications etc.

   § How this work and process evidences my completion of stage 1 of the Career Development Award.

   Each week curriculum content will scaffold and build to enable you to complete the assessment task and prepare you for the
   completion of your personal development plan which will enable you to plan for the next two years to ensure you are equipped
   to achieve your graduate destination.
