Very important: The six steps according to the textbook (Page 333 onward) are: 1) Defining the Scope. 2) Determining Who Will Be Involved? 3) Gathering Data. 4) Identifying Major Findings. 5) Establishing Priorities and an action Plan. 6) Disseminating the results.
We NEED to follow these six steps when writing the assignment.
