I have started a paper on the Law and context around the ageism in Australia and its relationship with the aging population crisis.

The paper requires 4 sections i have already completed three sections and just need you to do the analyse section.

The sections i have completed and have attatched are

context (background)
the current laws and governance surrounding the sectors

Can you please do a section on the application and analyse of the laws i have talked about with the context of ageism and the ageing population.

The section should:
Critique the frameworks and laws explored to assess their effectiveness
Provide arguments and counter-arguments where appropriate.
Please analyse where the laws have potential gaps and where there could be improvements made to them or how they are governed.
