1) The best way to learn about a boxplot is to draw one by hand. Below is a set of contrived data and steps for finding the values you will need for this boxplot. I encourage you to check your boxplot with your calculator but don’t let this be your first step. (17 pts)

d) Draw a modified boxplot using an appropriate scale. (Be sure to label your scale as well as the outlier boundaries, each value from the 5-number summary, and any outliers. Your drawing should be much more specific than what your calculator will give you.) (7 pts)
