Research & Discussion: After reading Chapter 6, research how recent changes in the tax code may impact both the owner and contractor. Provide a written discussion that identifies at least three changes and how each may impact a project, the owner, or the contractor. Infer which stages of construction may be impacted, and whether the contractor and/or developer are better/worse off than before.
