Video Response: After reading HSL Ch. 4 Contracts and watching the Guest Lecture from Bob Smith on the case study, brainstorm the ways in which the developer can (or cannot) influence what is included in each type of document. Does the developer/owner play an active/passive (or a direct/indirect) role in creating each type of document? Discuss role in creating the contract, project plans, and specifications. Post a 3-5 minute video that concisely describes the developers potential involvement in developing these documents.
