As an individual, respond to the following: General guidelines:In the role of a customer, write a claim letter to a company asking them to compensate you for the harm their products caused to your house. Now, assuming you are the claims supervisor in that company, write a respond letter to the claimant? Sender?s address followed by the date, the receiver?s address, the subject, salutation, body of the letter (the main problem), complimentary closing, signature, and name.
