First you have to watch a movie called Tap (1989) it talks about tap dancing and you have to write one page essay(MLA double-spaced) about what have you learned from the movie about dancing and whats the benefits thats the movie provides. P.s. you dont have to mention the storyline or what happened in the movie.Also, you shouldnt take from other sources like google,imdb,wikipidia etc
