Each team will be assigned one article from the week for their Precis. Team Precis earn a PASSING grade when they include a short analytical summary of the assigned research article from their own voice and fail if they do not. 1. Title of reading: complete bibliographic citation 2. Summarized by: students’ names 3. Purpose of reading: discuss the objective of the article and describe how it contributes to org change literature. 4. Theoretical argument: summarize the theoretical assumptions of the research. 5. Hypotheses or Propositions: list all hypotheses claims present in the reading. 6. Methodology: briefly summarize the research methods (if any) used. 7. Data Operationalization: summarize the independent and dependent variables (if applicable), discuss how they were operationalized, and which were significant. Discuss the data and provide sources. 8. Results and conclusions: summarize empirical findings, theoretical contributions, and most importantly, how this article contributes to extant change literature.
