Accidents and Incidents that had a Major Effect on Air Traffic Control Paper

First – your topic is broad and  per the title it could include every accident in aviation history.  I am fine with you describing specific accidents and showing how they impacted the evolution of air traffic control.I suggest an introduction where you desctibe your paper and state your thesis.  Then a sectionm on background where you introcude the exanmples and facts appropriately cited.  Then a discussion where you discuss the facts according to your thesis.  Follwed by a conclusion where you draw the conclusions from your discussion.
