You are required to research a business you have worked for or a relevant business agreed with the Tutor. You are to research the structure and design of the organisation as well as the culture and the role of groups and teams. The report will apply theoretical concepts and will include research analysis and demonstrate understanding of your chosen organisation.

Your report must contain the following:
• Research into and detailed comments on the structure of the organisation
• Research and evidence as to the culture of the organisation
• Research and understanding of the role of groups and teams with in the organisation.
