Are unions really for their members or just to make a profit?
My personal investment on my research question is based on me dealing with the union and use to be a part of the union. Hearing that question from members and also on union employees’ thoughts about the union. It’s a debatable subject as you have employees who feel that a union won’t do anything for them but just get money out of their pay and you have those who are in the union who feel the unio works for them and they don’t have to worry about having their job treat them anyway. This is a researchable matter as I can find material on unions as a decline in membership and why. Finding the history of the union and what the union stands for. Yes, this is feasible with my time and space as this is a question I always wanted to know and see what I can find out on this matter and finding arguments on this topic. Yes, will be able to contribute to the dialogue as I able to look into the history of the union and give my opinion and argument on what I have learned on the union. Giving what the history of the union and what their statistics are from when they first started to what it is about in today’s workplace. To argue are they fighting for members or just collecting money and doing the bare minimal in helping members not giving they all in helping in work related situations for members.
