Review the previous assignments in this course, and write a reflection paper describing your primary leadership and/or coaching style, your primary conflict management style, and your emotional intelligence quotient profile. Discuss the importance of strong character in these components. Include the elements listed below in your reflection paper.

2017 Las Vegas Mass-Shooting
The Investigative Assistance for Violent Crimes Act of 2012, signed into law in January 2013, defines a mass killing as one resulting in at least 3 victims, excluding the perpetrator. Many forms of environmental degradation are caused by entities and factors beyond our individual control. Some, however, are factors we each can influence, and can do so nearly every day of our lives. Think about what you have learned during this week about solid and liquid waste.

Preparation
Conflict is inevitable among members of any team, but especially during high stress situations, such as sometimes occur in health care. As a health care leader, you will be called upon to resolve conflict on your team and within your organization. Not only will you have to manage conflict that occurs with you directly, but you will also have to handle conflict situations where you were not involved and not present.
Instructions
Create a PowerPoint deck with speaking notes for a presentation you would give to hospital leadership to prepare them to handle situations such as the one in the Vila Health: Conflict Resolution simulation. When you have created your PowerPoint deck, create an audio recording in which you present the information in your PowerPoint deck.
