Discuss how a political strategy could be used to motivate adoption of the new system at Sky View Aerial Photography.
This assignment must be at least 2 pages with APA style
Sky View Aerial Photography offers a wide range of aerial photographic, video, and infrared imaging services. The company has grown from its early days of snapping pictures of client houses to its current status as a full-service aerial image specialist. Sky View now maintains numerous contracts with various governmental agencies for aerial mapping and surveying work. Sky View has its offices at the airport where its fleet of especially equipped aircraft are hangered. Sky View contracts with several freelance pilots and photographers for some of its aerial work and also employs several full-time pilots and photographers. The owners of Sky View Aerial Photography recently contracted with a systems development consulting firm to develop a new information system for the business. As the number of contracts, aircraft flights, pilots, and photographers increased, the company experienced difficulty keeping accurate records of its business activity and the utilization of its fleet of aircraft. The new system will require all pilots and photographers to swipe an ID badge through a reader at the beginning and conclusion of each photo flight, along with recording information about the aircraft used and the client served on that flight. These records would be reconciled against the actual aircraft utilization logs maintained and recorded by the hangar personnel. The office staff was eagerly awaiting the installation of the new system. Their general attitude was that the system would reduce the number of problems and errors that they encountered and would make their work easier. The pilots, photographers, and hangar staff were less enthusiastic, being unaccustomed to having their activities monitored in this way.
a) Discuss the factors that may inhibit the acceptance of this new system by the pilots, photographers, and hangar staff.
b) Discuss how an informational strategy could be used to motivate adoption of the new system at Sky View Aerial Photography.
c) Discuss how a political strategy could be used to motivate adoption of the new system at Sky View Aerial Photography.

Who would you say is the “protagonist”, “main character”, or “hero/heroine” of each story (if any)? Is it the same for both?
Read the two fables that inspired Madame d’Aulnoy’s “The White Cat”:
- Jean de la Fontaine’s “The Cat Metamorphosed into a Woman” (France, 1668), available here: https://readandripe.com/the-cat-metamorphosed-into-a-woman/
- Aesop’s “The Cat and Venus” (Greece, 6th c. BCE) available here: http://mythfolklore.net/aesopica/vernonjones/147.htm
Consider the following questions to help you read carefully and critically:
- Both versions of the fable share the same basic plot: a cat is transformed into a woman so that she can marry a human man. What differences are there in the plots of the two stories? Do you think these differences are significant — that is, do they change what the story communicates to its audience overall? Why do you think Madame d’Aulnoy chose to write her own version of the cat-into-woman story? How might her story be intended to comment on these other stories? How does her catwoman compare to the ones in these stories?
- Each of the fables ends with a stated “moral.” Do you think the moral fits the tale? Do you think the fable might have alternate or additional morals that it is teaching its readers? Is the moral of each version the same, or does it change at all from one version to the other? How do the morals of the fables relate to the moral of “The White Cat”?
- Who would you say is the “protagonist”, “main character”, or “hero/heroine” of each story (if any)? Is it the same for both? How would you describe this main character — what do we know about him/her? Why do you think Madame d’Aulnoy reimagined the protagonist(s) of her story, when compared to her sources?
???? Write a paragraph (100-300 words) responding to one of the prompts above, referencing “The White Cat” and at least one of the fable variants from this lesson; support your points with specific details from the texts.

Examine Adult-Emergent Disorders
Week 2 – Assignment: Examine Adult-Emergent Disorders
Turnitin™
This assignment will be submitted to Turnitin™.
Instructions
This week’s reading material focuses on assessment, the second step in the Planned Change Process. For this assignment, you will apply both the assessment and diagnostic skills discussed in this week’s material as well as your knowledge of theories – those of human behavior and the social environment, person-in-environment, or other multidisciplinary frameworks- to consider the process of assessment. Assessment is an ongoing process based on information gained in a variety of different ways. This assignment introduces some of the more common ways of getting assessment data and determining a diagnosis when required.
1) Choose one of the following primary adult emergent disorders: Anxiety; Substance Abuse; Mood disorders(especially depression or bipolar disorder).
2) Review the DSM V criteria for the disorder you chose
3) In a written response, address each of the following prompts:
⦁ Based on the DSM V criteria for the disorder, what questions would you ask an individual you suspect suffered from that disorder? Would the client be the only source of assessment information or would you ask the client’s permission to interview other people in her life? If so, who would you want to interview and why? If you choose to use the client as your only source of information, why?
⦁ Choose one of the primary theoretical perspectives introduced in Human Behavior and the Social Environment (systems, person-in-environment, behavioral, or cognitive) to use as a basis for a second set of questions for the client. List at least eight questions that apply the specific theory to inform your assessment.
⦁ There are a variety of client self-screening tools for these adult emergent disorders. Find at least one for your chosen disorder. Describe how you would introduce it to the client and how you would use the results of the screening tool in your assessment.
⦁ Find at least three scholarly journal articles that report empirical research on this disorder. What does this evidence suggest are the most effective ways of assessing this particular disorder?
Support your assignment with at least three scholarly resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including seminal articles, may be included.
Length: 5-7 pages, not including title and reference pages
Your assignment should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts presented in the Course by providing new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards. Upload your document, and then click the Submit to Dropbox button.
