How will you be using your degree to improve your professional life?
Respond to the following in a substantive post (2–3 paragraphs):
- Consider your goals for the class you stated in the Week 1 discussion. How did you do? Be specific and honest in your assessment.
- Consider your goals for the program. Now that you are done or nearly done, what do you know now that you didn’t know before you started your program? How will you be using your degree to improve your professional life? How will this impact your family?
- If your experience was personal rather than professional, share your feelings knowing that you have achieved (or nearly achieved) your goal of getting your degree.
Please respond substantively to at least one other post (1–2 paragraphs each post). Choose to respond to those who have few or no responses, as well as interesting conversations you want to join. Remember to get in early in the week for your initial post and then come back a few other times during the week for the best experience.
In your response to your classmate, consider the following (choose one or more):
- Find someone you replied to in Week 1 or someone who replied to you. Expand on the conversation you were having as you look back in reflection from Week 10. How did you potentially influence each other? Did you connect outside of class? Will you continue to stay in touch and exchange ideas?
- Respond to someone with whom you’ve interacted during the class in the discussions. What potential value can this relationship have outside of school? Can you exchange professional tips, tricks, and best practices for job search/advancement in your professional life? Why or why not? If not, how can you overcome challenges?
- Find someone with whom you’ve had a memorable exchange during class and point out to them how it impacted you. It’s always nice to know that you’ve added to someone’s life. Share your thoughts!
- Find someone who you are grateful to know and thank them for being a part of your Strayer journey. Maybe you’ve known them from another class or just met them in this class. Let them know that not only do you know who they are, but you value knowing them.
What are the most important elements of the Affordable Care Act in relation to community and public health?
The Affordable Care Act was signed into law by President Barack Obama in March 2010. Many of the provisions of the law directly affect health care providers. Review the following topic materials:
- “About the Affordable Care Act”
- “Health Care Transformation: The Affordable Care Act and More”
What are the most important elements of the Affordable Care Act in relation to community and public health? What is the role of the nurse in implementing this law?
What kind of duties do people in your field have at the bachelor’s level versus the master’s level.
Respond to the following in a substantive post (2–3 paragraphs):
- Now that you’ve made it to the end of your capstone experience, taking stock of all you have learned as you stand on the precipice of your new/improved career, ask yourself what you think about additional education. Are there certificates that would make you more marketable or allow you to earn more income? Would a master’s degree be beneficial?
- What kind of duties do people in your field have at the bachelor’s level versus the master’s level. Talk about your thoughts on pursuing a master’s or even a doctorate. What advantages would a master’s degree give you? What concerns, if any, do you have about pursuing additional educational opportunities?
Please respond substantively to at least one other post (1–2 paragraphs each post). Choose to respond to those who have few or no responses, as well as interesting conversations you want to join. Remember to get in early in the week for your initial post and then come back a few other times during the week for the best experience.
In your response to your classmate, consider the following (choose one or more):
- If you are considering additional educational opportunities, respond to a classmate who is also considering them. What similarities and differences do you have?
- If someone has shared concerns about pursuing additional educational opportunities, do you have any advice or wisdom that might be helpful to share? If so, respond with your insights or experiences that might be helpful in addressing their particular concerns.
- If you feel you would not benefit from any additional education, respond to someone who feels they would benefit, discussing the differences between your career path and theirs.
Describe A Situation Where Leadership And Teamwork Were Critical To The Outcome Of A Project In Which You Were Directly Involved.
Describe A Situation Where Leadership And Teamwork Were Critical To The Outcome Of A Project In Which You Were Directly Involved. What Did You Learn From The Experience And How Have You Applied This Knowledge To Other Situations In Your Life?
Discuss any changes that will occur as you make the voyage in terms of mass, acceleration due to gravity, and weight.
You’ve been selected to join the crew of an upcoming mission to the Moon. Discuss any changes that will occur as you make the voyage in terms of mass, acceleration due to gravity, and weight. Feel free to embellish your account of values but you will need to look up the accelerations due to gravity on Earth (surface) and the Moon (surface) to support your account.
On this voyage there will be a change in my weight, my weight will decrease because of the moon’s gravity being 16.6% relative to earth’s gravity. Even though my weight changes, my mass will remain the same.
The acceleration of gravity on earth is 9.8m/s2
g=GM/r2
g=6.673×1011×6×1024/(6)2
g=9.8m/s2
The acceleration of gravity on the moon is 1.625m/s2
g=GM/r2
g=6.673×10^11×7.342×10^22/(1.74×106)2
g=1.625m/s^2
My weight on earth is 176lbs, my weight on the moon is 29.04lbs.
To find my weight I used the following equation
Weight = Mass x moons gravity
w=176×0.165
w=29.04lbs
Definitions:
Mass- a measure of how much matter an object contains.
Weight- a measure of the force of gravity on an object.
Formula for weight
w=mg
Acceleration due to Gravity- the acceleration for any object moving under the sole influence of gravity
Formula for acceleration due to gravity
g=GM/r^2

How does the process or model you have chosen best work for you in this situation?
Continue using your project scenario from the (ATTACHED ASSIGNMENT) and identify and write your performance objectives. As you consider the scenario and the goals and analysis completed in Unit II, you will:
1) briefly recap your scenario,
2) write at least three terminal objectives,
3) write at least two enabling objectives for each terminal objective,
4) and reflect on the process you chose to write these objectives and why you chose this process with a minimum of 200 words.
Which of the processes or models from this unit did you utilize?
How does the process or model you have chosen best work for you in this situation?
This portion of your project should include a minimum of one outside resource (this can be your textbook).
When writing your terminal and enabling objectives, you may use bullet points of different levels for each type of objective, a table, or even a graphic image (you might use the SmartArt feature in Microsoft Word, for instance) to illustrate the relationships between your objectives.
You are free to choose whichever format works best for your scenario and objectives. Adhere to APA Style when creating your in-text citations and references for all outside sources that are used. Your formatting, however, does not need to be in APA Style for this unit’s assignment.
What are the applications of superconductivity?
What are the applications of superconductivity? Superconductivity was discovered early in the 20th century. It allows current to flow in certain materials without electrical resistance when the material’s temperature is lowered to extreme temperatures.
This week, you will examine applications of electricity and related concepts. Electricity is fundamental to our increasingly technology-based society. The technology based on these concepts can be used for applications as diverse as heating food to transportation to communication at long distances.
Depending on the topic you are assigned, you will research applications related to electric circuits, magnetism, and electromagnetic radiation.
Before you begin, be sure to review the following resource:
What are some applications of different types of microscopes?
You will do some research to determine how these devices are different but still use similar optical concepts to do different tasks. Microscopes use light and radiation to examine very small objects. Some devices are known an Electron Microscopes can be used to see extremely small objects. What are some applications of different types of microscopes? What are the different technologies they use?
