Instructions
Start by opening Microsoft Word on your device and creating a new document. Once you have created your assignment document, go to the File Menu and select, “Save as”; choose the storage location where you want to save it (your hard drive/memory stick/folder etc.). Select a job currently held by you or by someone you know. Ask some questions to explore how that job came up (due to growth or shortage of needed skill set) to do a job analysis statement. Learn more about the roles and responsibilities of that position to write a job description. Find the qualifications and skills of the person doing that job to write the job specification. Please note that you are reverse engineering the hiring process and writing job analysis, job description and job specification based on the person hired. In actual practice, the job analysis, description and specification will lead to hiring the person.
Answer this question in about 400–500 words providing a job analysis, job description and job specifications.
Question 3: 25 marks
Identify two leaders living or non-living (preferably Canadians, preferably one male and one female) who you think are/were great leaders. Answer the following questions in about 400–500 words in total for both leaders.
- Why do you think that the leaders you chose are/were great leaders?
- Explain the leadership style of each leader in light of the material you learned in this module.

Reporting errors in healthcare is an essential component of patient safety.
