I decided to choose nutrition can improve energy level. The variable would be between proper nutrition intake with an improved energy level and there would be discussion on fi they were to accomplish more task throughout the day, feeling less groggy when waking up and feeling less brain fog throughout the day. In the research a complete meal plan based on the person’s weight and energy expenditure would be evaluated and should be maintained throughout study.
