CCC Employee of Gerber and Gerber PC Stole Some Cashiers & Payable Checks Analysis
The legal opinion of Gerber Gerber, P.C. v. Regions Bank, the case The rubric by which students’ responses will be graded.A document called “How to Analyze a Case,” which will give you tips on how to evaluate the facts, legal issues, and court’s analysis in Gerber Gerber, P.C. v. Regions Bank and other cases you will read.Student Opinion. Please respond 2-3 sentencethe court properly analyzed and applied the law and facts in deciding on each issue in the case. First, the court properly denied Regions Bank a summary judgment as it did not act in good faith. Good faith is honesty and entails observing reasonable commercial standards of fair dealing. An ordinary employee cashing out checks worth thousands of dollars in the same bank where his employer also operates accounts is suspicious, and the bank should have acted (Gerber Gerber, PC v. Regions Bank, 2004). In addition, the employee cashed over $ 150 000 worth of checks and deposited the cash into his bank account. The bank had the responsibility to inquire from the GG or inform it that a transaction of such a magnitude was about to be made on its account.Second, the bank properly disputed Regions Bank’s claim that it was a holder of due course according to OCGA §?11-3-302 and hence deserved a summary judgment on the claims made in the complaint. The bank should not be granted this wish because it acted negligently in accepting the check for the deposit (Gerber Gerber, PC v. Regions Bank, 2004). Also, Regions Banks failed to adhere to reasonable commercial standards of due care by accepting the checks. This implies that the bank went further to cash out the checks without due diligence or honoring standards of fair dealing. It is unfair for the bank to conduct a transaction of such magnitude without informing the affected parties.
AHS Cloud Computing Project
As an IT analyst for BallotOnline, a company providing voting solutions to a global client base, you are working to convince the organization to move its infrastructure to a public cloud. With the growth the company is experiencing and the internal data centers maxed out, you want to get the executives on board with moving to a public cloud rather than trying to expand the current infrastructure. This project will be completed in a series of steps, in which you will explore cloud technologies and cloud architecture and how they can be used in the organization.Your presentation with audio narration will educate the executives on cloud computing and its benefits (and drawbacks) to the company. To complete your analysis, you will need to cover the following:description of cloud computingbasic capabilities of the cloudadvantages and disadvantages of cloud computinganalysis of economic implicationsIT business needsSWOT analysisStep 1: Describe Cloud ComputingThere are six steps in this project. In your final narrated PowerPoint presentation, you will be assessed on your ability to convey your understanding of cloud computing and how it can be used to benefit your organization, explaining the advantages and disadvantages of cloud computing and providing a detailed business analysis covering financial considerations, business requirements, and an analysis of threats and opportunities.Your supervisor, Sophia, BallotOnline’s director of information technology, has tasked you with creating a presentation that will convince the executives that using cloud-based computing to accommodate BallotOnline’s future growth rather than trying to expand the current infrastructure will help the company do business faster and at lower cost while conserving IT resources.Step 2: Research Advantages and Disadvantages of Cloud ComputingNow that you have defined important terms and summarized the basic capabilities of the cloud, it is time to explore the advantages and disadvantages of cloud computing.Currently, BallotOnline is running at full capacity and needs to expand its IT infrastructure to accommodate its growing needs. Instead of expanding current on-premise IT infrastructure by building or acquiring a new data center, Sophia has suggested that the cloud may be more efficient and cost-effective than adding more traditional physical data center space. This information that you research will be useful in your final presentation in the last step. When you have completed the research, move to the next step, where you will consider the budgetary aspects of a move to the cloud and the implications for the organization.Step 3: Analyze Economic ImplicationsNow that you have weighed the benefits and drawbacks of cloud computing, it’s time to take a close look at the economic implications of a move to the cloud. All organizations (for-profit, nonprofit, or government) have finite budgets. Management must allocate these financial assets appropriately so that the leaders can make sound business decisions and meet the objectives of the organization.Information technology (IT) is a key strategic function to help support the objectives of an organization. Businesses first used information systems to replace paper-based methods of helping management perform these functions, and that use continues today. Managers must be able to understand different IT models to make the best financial investment decisions for the organization. The financial requirements for the cloud computing model are different than the financial requirements for an on-premise model. Cloud computing shifts budgets to a pure operating expense model, whereas the traditional on-premise computing model requires both capital and operating expense allocations.Several free calculators to help estimate the cost of cloud services exist on the web, including the AWS Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) Calculator and Azure TCO Calculator. Alternatively, you may find other calculators to estimate your cloud cost. Most cloud providers have their own cloud cost estimator tools. If the calculator that you selected does not show on-premise data, then you can recalculate using one of the other calculators that do provide this data. For your economic analysis, enter the information from BallotOnline’s IT Budget and Infrastructure Summary into your chosen calculator to estimate TCO for the current physical IT infrastructure configuration. Then estimate TCO for a comparable configuration in the cloud to estimate the potential cost savings.Write the summary of the economic implications, showing the savings and how you arrived at them, and upload it to the dropbox below.Step 4: Define the IT Business RequirementsAfter considering the economic aspects of the cloud, the next logical step is to narrow the particular requirements of cloud computing for the organization. It is important that your presentation works toward building a business case for cloud computing.Your presentation must address BallotOnline’s business requirementsand critical IT requirements related to data storage. Make sure you classify the requirements into functional (behavior) and nonfunctional, as per the requirements definition link.TAKE NOTEThe business requirements should be explicit directives specifying what the solution should deliver for the business, formulated using imperative language (system should, or must, or will do this and that) rather than a general description of cloud solution features.Upload your list of requirements to the dropbox below for feedback.Submission for Project 1: IT Business RequirementsTAKE NOTEWhat is a SWOT Analysis?Your supervisor, Sophia, recommends that you include a SWOT analysis in your presentation, since the BallotOnline company executives will want you to go over both the advantages and disadvantages of cloud adoption and any important internal and external factors that may influence the success of the project.ACTION ITEMDemonstrate your critical-thinking abilities by identifying the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of adopting cloud computing.First, articulate each of these areas for the SWOT analysis:Identify the key strengths (advantages) of adopting cloud computing.Identify the major weaknesses (disadvantages) of adopting cloud computing. Are there any opportunities that cloud computing enables the organization to take advantage of?What are the threats that an organization considering adopting cloud computing needs to consider?Next, evaluate how to achieve the following outcomes to add to the SWOT analysis:How can you use strengths to take advantage of opportunities? How can you overcome weaknesses to take advantage of opportunities? How can you use strengths to avoid threats? How can you minimize weaknesses and avoid threats?Use the SWOT analysis template to organize your ideas.Section 14: SWOT Analysis: Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats from Chapter 3: Assessing Community Needs and Resources in the Community Tool Box is used under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 3.0 United States license. © 2016 Community Tool Box.

TUP Cubic silicon carbide 3C -SiC Questions
Cubic silicon carbide 3C -SiC is one of the semiconductor materials that many researchers want to study because it shows many physical properties that herald the possibility of its use in important applications in industry such as its use in storage in computers and That’s after adding one of the transitional elements to it. One of the researchers chose to study the cubic crystal of silicon carbide 3C-SiC in the case of a single crystalline, to study the thermal, electrical and electrical properties. its magnetism. Before it started, it was necessary to think about how to grow this material and then study the composition and then touches on other physical properties, we will now follow the steps taken by this researcher: Through your solid state physics course: 1- What are the methods that can be used to grow a single crystal? 2- If 3C-SiC belongs to the structure of what is known as ZnS, how many atoms are in the unit cell? 3- What are the positions that the Si atoms can occupy and what are the positions of the C atoms. (Illustrate this by drawing). 4- What kind of bonds can be formed between the atoms in this crystal? 5- The following figure shows the X-ray spectrum for the study of a single crystal of 3C-SiC extracted from one of the studies that the researcher studied:6- What do the numbers shown in the drawing mean, for example (002) 3C -SiC or (111) 3C -SiC7- Looking at the above figure, is there a difference in crystal growth at different temperatures? Which one is better in your opinion, and why? 8- If we take as an example that the researcher is interested in studying (002) 3C -SiC in single crystal, as it is clear in the previous X-ray spectrum that ° 41. 3 = 20, if the wavelength of the X-rays used to study this sample is 4° 1 1.54 = 1, find the perpendicular distance between the planes and then calculate the lattice constant for this sample9- Manganese was introduced, Mn, to a single crystal of silicon carbide, in order to know the potential ofPrediction of magnetic properties10- What are the possibilities of locations where a manganese atom can be located? (3 clear possibilities)(Single crystal after growth – The monocrystal after the entry of Mn into – the monocrystal after the fermentation or heating process)-The previous figure shows a truncated part of the X-ray spectrum of silicon carbide towards 002 -11- What notes can you take from this format? Can you predict what happened to a silicon carbide monocrystal at the different conditions shown in the figure?12- Explain why fermentation or annealing is important. (research question)13- If the radius of Si = 0.11 nm and for C = 0.078 nm and for Mn= 0.08. Do you expect that the introduction of manganese into the silicon carbide crystal led to Elongation or compression of the crystal? How do you infer that?14- How many vibration patterns are in this crystal?15- Do you expect that this crystal can absorb the spectrum of electromagnetic radiation Fallen on her? Why?16- Find the heat capacity of silicon carbide at a temperature of 300 K according to a model Debye If you know that the Debye temperature of SiC-3C silicon carbide is 1200 K, Compare it with the scientific result if you know that ( Cv=0.69 J g-1 ?C-1 )17- Find the thermal conductivity of SiC-3C and compare it with the results of previous studies if you know The experimental result for the thermal conductivity of SiC-3C at a temperature of 300 K is 6.3 W (cm-1 ?C-1)18- Can the Drude model be applied to study the electrical properties of carbide silicon? CU Statistics Qualitative Questions Data Analysis Project
Complete this assignment on one Excel sheet. Access and review the Analyzing the Data Set Using Descriptive Statistics [XLSX].Include the following components in your analysis of the data:Analyze the data for questions 1, 2, 3, and 4 (binary questions). Your analysis must have the following elements: Sample Size.Sample Proportion of each response.Bar Chart or Pie Chart.Explore your data a bit further. What are two interesting findings from your survey responses? You might investigate responses for selected variables based on responses to your binomial questions. For example, if the answer to question 1 were Male or Female, and the answer to question 6 were Annual Income, you might examine average annual income for males only and females only and compare these results. Present your findings in an appropriate table, graph, or chart. Then, write in the same Excel spreadsheet a 12 paragraph summary of your findings.NotesTechnology: You may need to sort or rearrange your original data file to accomplish some of these tasks. Be sure you keep a copy of your original data file as a backup. Results: Because the survey data generation is done without context, you will have to put aside any preconceived notions about how your data should look. Your task is to analyze, interpret, and communicate the unique results.Binary Question: For the responses to Questions 14, you will need to assign the survey responses to 0s and 1s generated for questions 14 in columns A through D. The generator automatically generates 0s and 1s for the responses to your binary questions (14). The tool does not know your questions or possible responses for these questions. Assign 0 to one of your possible responses and assign 1 to the other possible response. For example, if you asked: “Are you male of female?” you could assign Male = 0 and Female = 1, or vice versa. It is up to you which response to assign 0 and which to assign 1.
