This table provides scores reported in 49 studies (numbers between brackets) in 11 countries on patient safety culture dimensions by using a survey of 12 cultural dimensions measuring safety culture as stated in the table. These scores are variant from study to another, from country to another, and even from study to another from the same country. Although there are some similarities though but not too many. This needs to be comprehensively analysed and discussed in within an in-depth discussion.

Overall, the following points should be included/followed in the discussion: –

• You need to provide a brief discussion about countries of the studies, number of studies of each country, so kind of highlighting frequency of studies across the countries (considering providing a good discussion about which countries have many studies and which not, etc).

• The average score for each single study needs first to be found and stated in the last column and a discussion should be made about the average scores according to single countries, between studies from the same country, and among studies across the 11 countries.

• You need to make some comments on the year of studies and how scores have changed during the years from 2010 (i.e., improved or got worse).

• In terms of describing the meaning of the scores, <50% are considered low/negative, while >50% are considered positive/high. Specifically, 50% – 65% can be considered moderate high, and over 65% is considered upper high. So, this manner should be included in the discussion on this table.

• The lowest scores/highest scores on dimensions (1-12 but please do not mention numbers of the dimensions in the discussion, rather mention the name of the dimensions as stated in the last row of the table) should be highlighted and discussed in an analytic, descriptive and argumentative way (you can use ranging [i.e., from % to %] to describe scores and findings across the dimensions across studies from a single country, between studies from the same country, and among studies from all countries).
