There are many international treaties and laws that exist regarding weapons of mass destruction. As an example, the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) states that member states need to reduce current stockpiles of chemical weapons over a specified period. Although member states of the United Nations have signed the treaties like the CWC, is there more that can be done to ensure compliance? If you were the President of the United States, what efforts would you put forth to ensure compliance by all member states?
