Servant leadership is a style of leadership that places emphasis on serving followers before leading then. (GCU). Also, Servant leadership is a follower-centered leadership theory that focused on call to serve and then followed by the desire to lead (Thomas,2018). The principle is centered on the servant leader working from a purely moral perspective and focusing on the follower first by empowering them to achieve that organization goals.
Qualities of servant leadership:
