EXP105 Personal Dimensions of Education How to respond to a students response
Hello, everyoneToday in the business world there are five attributes known as soft skills. These five skills combine to create an employee who is one major reason for the success of a business. Soft Skills consist of leadership, collaborative teamwork, effective communication, problem solving and finally having strong work ethics.I believe strong work ethics maybe the number one soft skill when reviewing the strength of a company. Businesses operate on forecasting production from day to day. Having employees report in on time, take lunches and breaks at pre-disclosed times results in continuous coverage and continued production. In my office there is often a phrase used in team meetings, someone will always shout out teamwork is dream work. This is a team who pulls together to make sure the job is done. Effective communicating is making sure your audience know the whys, the whens and the reason for certain actions. At home, as a mother and grandmother, I often give my family work to do, I let them know what is needed, how soon I need it done and the reason I am asking them to do a chore for me. In todays business world solving problems is often a multi-task function. It is not often spelled out in your job description but is always a big part of your job. It could be a major or minor function but must be done whenever an issue come up that is out of the ordinary. Often identifying the problem could be a major task. A math problem for example could be pretty simple, one plus one equal two but on the other hand you may come into work one day and your systems is not working, hence a major problem. Getting them up and running is the problem, solving it will require finding out what caused the problem in order to fix the issue. Problem solving will always require being diligent in what you are looking for and always following through. Finally, leadership, leadership requires all of the soft skills. A leader will possess very strong work ethics, he/she will often be the first in the office and the last to leave. He collaborates with his management staff and board members through memos, meetings and emails. He is kept abreast of the business progress through metric reports. He demonstrates to his employees that he stands with them by the decisions he makes and his actions when major problems arise. Good soft skills, leadership, problem solving, collaborative teamwork, strong work ethics and effective communication skills spells success for a business owner. 100 word reply either agreeing disagreeing or relating to

You need to prepare a California Form 540 and a California Schedule CA540. If required, you should also prepare a California Schedule D540 (hint: read the directions). You may assume there is NO Federal or California AMT to consider. Please note that I recommend using California fill-in PDF forms and not use tax software for this HW. Another option is to prepare 1040 first in tax software before you prepare California forms. This will take more time though. But it is up to you.Approach:Post your questions for discussion.Check figure: Form 540, Line 94 Overpaid Tax is $2,349.

response to the following with 300 words, APA style After reviewing both the FIRM and PESTLE models of Risk Classification Systems, I have found them both to be useful in their own ways. As I was reviewing the two, I was thinking about which method I can utilize for the Hospital/Healthcare Industry. The specific risks I identified when incorporating the models where large disasters that could impact the hospital such as hurricane, or even highly infections disease outbreak. I also was thinking about certain government regulations such as CMS Emergency Preparedness Rule and how that has impacted the hospitals also. After much thinking of both and how they would be great in evaluating risks for a healthcare facility I decided to go with the FIRM Model over the PESTLE for this discussion. Not that there is anything wrong with the PESTLE. I believe it would work great determining risk. According to Hopkin, P. (2017) The PESTLE Model needs to be undertaken on a regular basis to be effective. Which made me think that this model could be costly and time consuming especially for a small hospital or healthcare network that doesn’t have the time to put into long research and data sources. I placed myself in a position of being the Risk Manager of a healthcare facility and if I was asked to perform a FIRM Model pertaining to if the hospital had an Ebola Patient or other highly infectious disease patient what would the risks or impacts it would have in the facility. Financially, the risks could be the use of staff and how much staff it would take to take care of the patient(s) at the facility. Also the purchase of personal protective equipment that the staff need to protect themselves from the disease. Infrastructure risks could be the large amount of cleaning that would need to be done to ensure staff and patients they would not be exposed or infected by the highly infectious disease. Also, making sure the rooms the highly infectious disease patient would have to have a separate air handling system to ensure the highly infectious disease is not airborne. Reputational, once word gets out that a highly infectious disease patient is at the facility, media outlets and social media will be following what is going on at the hospital. Rumors could spread and cause major issues for the facility by not getting out in front of the media blitz. According to article written by McCann, E. (2014) Emergency room visits, for instance, sank a staggering 50 percent compared to the first nine months of the year, representing a loss of 2,336 visits for the hospital, according to an October 22 financial disclosure filed by the 25-hospital Texas Health Resources, parent company of TH Presbyterian. Marketplace; the way the Hospital does business after treating patients with HID can go either way. One way it could show that the hospital/healthcare system is prepared and ready to treat patients that cant be treated anywhere else locally or regionally which could expand the marketplace into different specialty care. Or it if the facility does happens to have missteps in the process of taking care of the HID patients, it could hinder their facility’s everyday business and could have to close. Here are the top reasons why your car’s engine stalls while driving
When did you last experience panic? Definitely, it would be a close encounter on the road with an unsteady vehicle, or it could be the presence of an animal on the road. But, have you ever had an engine stall?
**What do you understand by “car stalling”?**
Actually, “stalling” refers to a condition in which your car’s running engine abruptly stops. However, there are always a number of warning lights when an engine stalls. It happens in two ways: either gradually, just like a driver would normally stop the engine, or with a sudden jerk.
Stalling can occur at any time, whether the engine is running or not. When an engine stalls, however, there is no power from the engine, and the power steering does not function. Sometimes, you cannot even use brakes.
Though, a car usually gets stalled in normal conditions when you usually use brakes without changing gears to lower slots or neutral. When a car stalls this way, it usually produces a jerk. Though the chances of seeing warning lights are less if a car stalls due to the drivers mistake.
On the other hand, if a car stalls due to an internal issue, you can see the emergence of warning lights on your dashboard. However, there might be a number of reasons behind the engine’s sudden stalling.
In case, you are looking for a trusted [Car garage](https://servicemycar.com/uae/car-garage) to change an engine oil, we would like to suggest you Service My Car, the best and trusted car workshop in the town.
**A faulty fuel system may stall a car**
A fuel system failure may turn into a problem and cause a vehicle to stall. Fuel system issues, including the defective fuel pump and failure of fuel delivery due to obstruction in the fuel line, usually cause the engine to stop abruptly.
If there were any problems with the fuel delivery to the engine, the combustion would not happen properly.
**Malfunctioning electrical components may cause a car to stop abruptly**
Though batteries produce required current to start a vehicle, later the alternator provides adequate voltage for a number of operations of the engine and other necessary components.
But a malfunctioning alternator might lack the capacity to provide the required voltage. This also fails to recharge the battery. This might be causing a vehicle to have an issue with its engine, and it would be no surprise if a car stalls unexpectedly.
**Sensor failure may halt the engine’s operations**
No doubt! A modern cars engine only works based on the inputs of various sensors, such as the engine temperature sensor, the mass airflow sensor, etc. And, of course, any failure of the sensor’s inputs causes problems in the various activities of the combustion process.
However, the ECU generally knows about a sensor fault, which it definitely indicates through warning lights.
If you notice any problem with your vehicle, take it to the nearest Service My Car workshop for a quick car scanning and diagnostics.
**A cars engine timing is not synchronised**
Being a complex mechanism, there is always a need for various belts or chains to synchronise a number of components. However, there is always a probability of wear and tear on the timing belt or chain.
A car cannot manage the failure of the timing chain. Typically, a chain will lose one or more teeth, making engine operation difficult. Though it does not only cause the engine to stall, there is high probability of engine damage.
However, it would be better to be alert for any signs of a timing belt issue. An expert at Service My car can inspect it for a remedy or possible timing belt replacement.
**Cooling issues may wreak havoc under the hood**
Though most cars come with a robust cooling system, it usually does not get out of order very easily. But if it happens, the overheating may create a lot of problems under the hood.
There could be a lot of reasons for cooling system failure, such as coolant shortage due to leakage, lack of pressure due to a faulty pump, radiator or thermostat problems. Overheating can result in the engine stalling because the ECU monitors the temperature under the hood so closely.
However, a major concern is damage to the head gasket. Though maintaining the cooling system components is the best way to avoid overheating, if you have experienced any overheating incidents recently, visit Service My Car for an inspection and head gasket replacement.
**A critical component failure may stall your car**
A clutch, in a manual transmission, has the responsibility of managing the synchronisation of an engine and transmission. For automatic transmissions, a torque converter is used.
However, these components may be problematic when they sustain a lot of wear and tear. A slipping clutch, for example, does not help you with transmission or gear changes.
Besides, it could get stuck or seize, and you cannot even change the gear by pressing the pedal entirely. A car will stall if it has to run in a higher gear at low RPMs or when you apply rigorous brakes in a gear.
On the other hand, a problematic transmission system also causes a cars engine to stall eventually. However, you can avoid critical component failure if there is a preventive mechanism. In a nutshell, never underestimate car maintenance.
When a cars engine stalls, it would not be wise to waste time but rather take it to the nearest workshop of Service My Car as soon as possible. If you want to fix an appointment, just book a car service online or order a car repair order on our website or app.

Netflix is a very large comaonay and there decisions should be thought of as means rather than ends. The decision-making process that should have been suggested to Netflix management would be to the rational decision-making process. According to Matteson, they are the organizational mechanism through which an attempt is made to achieve the desired state. First, they need to describe their goals, and in the process establish the benchmarks and methodology which will tell them if they are making progress toward or have met those goals. Once goals are set and potential challenges identified, I would advise them to brainstorm solutions. According to Proverbs 12:15 says The way of a fool is right in his own eyes, but a wise man listens to advise. If Netflix would have listened and followed the advice they probably would have been better then the year before. Thinking back on the concept of escalation of commitment, Netflix continuation with this pricing action reflects this concept remotely. Escalation of commitment refers to an increasing commitment to a previous decision when a rational decision maker would withdraw(Ivancevich et. al.2014.p.415). Netflix did not pay any attention to the consumer’s opinions regarding separating prices. In todays day and age where consumers are able to order any and everything at the touch of a button, making transactions should be effortless. My advice to Netflix during this time would be to keep things simple. To better serve your clients you should make it where no one has to create multiple accounts for a service that once was combined and charged one single price versus two separate ones. 120 word reply either agreeing disagreeing or relating to Cite sources if used

Hi Everyone!Working within a library already, soft skills are something that are very important. Between having a good relationship with your coworkers and patrons, everyone can learn more skills. In order, I would put the 5 soft skills as leadership, effective communication, problem solving/critical thinking, strong work ethic and collaborative teamwork. With working in the Library system already, having leadership skills and effective communication can make or break library workers. With leadership skills, it’s always important to be running a tight shift. Whether you work as an aide or a branch manager, someone needs to be able to call the shots with confidence. When it comes to effective communication, that runs a bit with leadership and collaborative teamwork. I see both of them as the same type of skill level. Being able to be open and honest with your coworkers and helping/pitching in with anything that needs an extra pair of hands. In my own case an extra set of eyes if we get a damaged book or a patron that isn’t allowed in the library just yet. It’s all about running a tight ship and that everyone knows what they are supposed to do and that they can talk to higher ups without fear.Outside of the work environment, I try to go with problem solving. Making sure that every possible route has been taken before “calling” it quits. And even if it’s just myself personally or with a group, trying to make sure we solve a problem that has arises before moving onto something new. Case in point when we could find a place to take photos and everyone was getting upset with each other. I was able to get everyone to calm down to figure out the problem and find a new location. Overall, each one of the skills is important, whether in the workforce or outside of it. It is very important to not only learn, but use them in everyday life.100 word reply

(Patent Law, Part 1) Each of these four intellectual properties protect different types of creations. A patent prevents another person from making, selling, or using the patented invention and from importing the patented invention or an article made by a patented process into the United States. (Patent Law, Part 1) A trademark is a little different than a patent it identifies a product and distinguishes it from other products to identify the source of the product. (Patent Law, Part 1) A trademark can be indefinite if the owner continues to use it and it does not lose its distinctiveness and become generic. Should a company be allowed to patent a life form? Many people will argue both sides of this equation. In my opinion I do not think a patent should be granted for life form if it is in its natural state. If a company can take an organism and alter it to make it valuable, then a patent should be issued. For example, Myriad Genetics was able to identify BRCA mutations that increased a womans chances for breast or ovarian cancer. The Supreme Court ruled against the company stating that merely being the first to isolate a naturally occurring gene or other product of nature doesnt entitle you to a patent. (Huber, 2013) I believe Myriad Genetics did a very large research project that allowed them to identify a mutation that causes ovarian and breast cancer. But they did not invent anything that would prevent the cancer and therefore it should not be patented. Genetically engineered cells, plants, and lives organisms are used in different medical diagnostic tests and therapies. (Huber, 2013) This type of testing will likely remain patentable as long as there is an innovative product or process involved.
