How does Spinoza argue that physical events do not cause mental events, and that mental events do not cause physical events? How are mind and body related to one another if they do not interact causally?Spinozas theory of freedom. What is the distinction between free choice of the will and freedom as self-determination. How does Spinoza argue in support of the thesis that all of our thoughts and actions are determined by causes? Is there a conflict between this thesis and Spinozas attempt to convince us that his philosophy is true?   What is Spinozas positive conception of freedom?Spinozas theory of the emotions. What is the relationship between emotions and ideas?  What are the three component elements of every emotion? How does Spinoza distinguish between negative and positive emotions? To what extent is it possible to control our emotions? Illustrate with reference to Spinozas treatment of love and related emotions, hatred and related emotions, or both. Spinozas conception of absolutely infinite substance in its relation to attributes and modes. In what sense does Spinoza identify God and Nature? What is the relationship between active nature and passive nature? What does it mean to say that Substance, God, or Nature is infinite? Does the idea that there are an infinite number of attributes, but that we only know two of them extension and thought make sense?Spinozas theory of knowledge. What is the distinction between adequate ideas and inadequate ideas? What are the three forms of knowledge? Why does imagination result in a false conception of the world. What is the relationship between the highest form of knowledge and intellectual love of God?

Must be written in java with netbeans- develop a console program that

I purchased a solution on here, but my school rates it is 99% not original. I am asking for a refund since I didnt know its been used a million times and is no use to me:/ I also thought I had someone helping me this weekend and was completely you know whated over, and it was an online place. So, I am very weary of this, and really need help!! This needs to be original!
MUST be Written in JAVA with Netbeans

The first step in writing a software application is to determine the requirements. There is no value in writing a program that does not address the needs of the client. Requirements can be gathered in many ways, but ultimately, the requirements serve to document what the application should and should not do. After the requirements are written, the application design can be prepared, followed by the actual coding. For this project, you will gain some practice in the design phase of software development by designing a program that will meet a given set of requirements.

Develop a console program that simulates a section of a restaurant menu. Each item will have a different price and your program should define at least ten (10) items. You will need to obtain an order from the user who should provide their menu selection along with quantity. The total cost for the meal must be calculated. The user will enter the amount of their payment ($10, $20, etc.). The program needs to calculate the amount due back to the user (payment minus total cost of meal).

The project instructions and deliverables are as follows:

MUST be Written in JAVA with Netbeans

Create a document in Word (name the design document yourName_Unit2.IP), and add the following:
·        Title page
·        Course number and name
·        Project name
·        Student name
·        Date
·        List the data items that must be stored and used by the program. Each data item should be given a name for reference.
·        Develop a UML class diagram that illustrates the data items for your program.
·        List the decisions the program must make. References to the data items in the previous step should be used where appropriate.
·        Describe the flow of operation of the program by preparing pseudocode or a UML activity diagram. All key activities should be included, and references to the data items and decisions listed in the previous steps should be used.

Create a zip that includes your project folder and Word document, and upload it

Hypotheses: Teenagers who spend more time per day on social media sites such as Facebook are more likely to have lower self esteem than their peers who spend less time per day on social media

The research method I would use for this study is a correlational design, which would allow us to see to see if there is a positive or negative correlation between social media use and teenagers self esteem (Lilienfeld, Lynn, Namy, Woolf, 2011.) A case study would not be of much use in this situation, because it would be difficult to apply the experiences of one or two teenagers to teens as a whole. An experimental design would allow us to infer causation, (Lilienfeld, et al. 2011) but would be difficult to control, assuming the teenagers are all using social media for different amounts of time each day. It would also be difficult to find a control group of teenagers who are not using social media at all- there may be other factors, such as socioeconomic status, that may effect both their self esteem and their access or lack of access to social media. It would also be difficult to use naturalistic observation for this study because it is difficult to measure self esteem through observation, so some self-reporting or surveying would be required.

I would survey a randomly selected group of students from different high schools across the United States, and ask them how much time per day they spent on social media, what they typically posted about on social media sites, and which social media platforms they preferred. The second part of the survey would have them rate themselves in a few categories using a scale from 1-10 to estimate their self esteem and confidence levels. The data would then be placed on a scatterplot to see whether the correlation is positive, negative, or zero.

It would likely be challenging to find subjects willing to self-report honestly about their self esteem levels. The subjects may engage in response sets in order to make themselves appear differently, depending on what results they think the researcher is interested in. (Lilienfeld, et al. 2011) Another challenge of this study would be the lack of ability to infer causation. We could find a correlation between high amounts of time spent on social media and low self esteem in teenagers, but that does not necessarily mean that one causes the other. There could be a third variable causing one or both variables to occur. (Lilienfeld, et al. 2011)

Post 5#4 | Nursing homework help

Hello i need a good comment related with this argument .A paragraph  with no more 300 words.

Mrs. Jones, a widow, is no longer able to live independently and is requiring more and more help with her self-care. Her daughter, Susie, who is married with three school-aged children, agrees to let her mother move in with her. Susie is concerned with balancing the demands of her career and the needs of her family, especially now that her elderly and chronically ill mother will need assistance. She is also unsure about how she feels with the reversal of roles, having to now be the primary caregiver of her mother. How can the nurse, caring for this family, assist with the changes they are about to undergo? How can both the family structural theory and the family developmental theory is applied to this scenario? How can health education enhance health promotion for this family?

This situation for Mrs. Jones and Susie and her family is stressful. The nurse first need to do a family assessment, that way the nurse can better assist Mrs. Jones family situation. Susie and her family may think taking care of her mother will be a burden, and Mrs. Jones may feel like she is losing self -stability and independence having to rely on her daughter and family. With the right support group and resources it could turn out to be a positive situation. The nurse can also get case management involved to make thing go much smoother. For example, if case management was involved, then a nurse could come to the house to take care of Mrs. Jones while Susie works and raises a family.

The nurse needs to be aware that there can be risk factors that the family may experience that can set up the family up for dysfunctional health patterns (Edleman Mandle, 2010). The risk factors can be: stress, anxiety, and pressure at work or home. The nurse needs to assess for these risk factors to help prevent a possible family dysfunction. The nurse also needs to educate the family on resources, communication and coping mechanisms, and the nurse also needs to educate Mrs. Jones because this takes a toll on a family and as well as the patients. Mrs. Jones may need help with coping with losing her independence. In these tough situations nurses need to show support, and good communication to help the family reach a functional situation.
