A little bit about me: I am a 19 year old male just finished by first year of college at NCCU. I have tow siblings besides myself that are in middle school. I was raised by my mom and my step dad and my biological dad has never been in my life. I wanted to go to school because I wanted to get a good job or open my own business.
Mesa Community College Political and Country Risks Discussion
I’m working on a business discussion question and need a sample draft to help me learn. 4. BABS, Inc., a Glendale-basedfirm,is considering expanding its fiber-glass manufacturingoperations to the European Union (EU), because of what it perceived to be a lucrative market for its core business there, courtesy of the relatively unified Single European Market that permits the free movement of goods, services, capital, labor, and technology. However, the companys affable CEO and Chair of the Board of Directors is concerned about recent negative press reports about the European business environment. The CEO would like to enlist the help of the TGM 460 class to identify the sources of political/country risk in the Global North in general, and in the EU/Europe in particular, and how to go about calculating/determining, mitigating and managing political/country risk exposures there. If you are willing and capable, help.
MUSIC 105 CSUN My Experiences From The Coachella Concert Report
Attend a concert of any genre and write about your experience. Student’s approach should be entirely “subjective”.The nature of the concert requirements and accompanying reports is expose students to musical experiences to which they are for the most part unfamiliar. Attendance to two concerts is required, a third is optional and may be substituted for a Listening Project. By no means should you feel limited to only three. I would prefer concerts to represent different genres (rock, jazz, folk, classical solo, orchestral, band, opera, modernism, etc.). This provides students with the widest and most lucrative experience this class, and the southern California cultural metropolis, has to offer. Mind you I consider concert attendance to be the single most important component of this class so be sure not to procrastinate and to complete the requirement in a timely manner. As to the nature of the essay itself: This is not a research paper, nor is any source material expected or necessary. Rather this is a “personal” perspective on your own subjective experience at the various musical event you choose to write about. Not all events are equal, and some events may provide more capacity for written exploration than others. I would like to insist on at least a full page of writing (double-spaced, 12pt font, etc….(standard collegiate style essay parameters). As stated above the content should be “subjective”. The intent is to reflect your individual experience only and be able to voice that experience in a somewhat collegiate but honest manner. Sometimes a musical experience affects us emotionally, sometimes visually. It would not be improper to write a short story elected upon the experience….perhaps one that has absolutely nothing to do specifically with the music itself, but visual imagery “inspired” by the music. This would also be acceptable. Certainly the more you explore and have fun with the inner reflections of the emotional and intellectual psyche, the more you will get out of this assignment and the happier I will be. I refuse to put an upper limit in terms of length as that would be countering the “creative” process which I am hoping to nurture.
forms of society | Sociology homework help
Forms of Society
Please choose one of the following prompts and respond to it in no less than 300-400 words. In your response, you must fully answer all aspects of the question and support your answer with reference to course materials (textbook, supplementary readings, videos, etc).
Almost every type of society that has ever existed has been marked by some form(s) of social inequality. Using one of the sociological theories (or theorists) youve learned about so far, discuss why, according to that theory, social inequality exists, and then use that theory to discuss what, if anything, you think can be done about it.
Compare and contrast one form of society (hunter-gatherer, pastoral/horticultural, agricultural, or industrial) with the post-industrial society of the United States. What are their differences? In what way do you think these differences could matter for the people who live in these societies? And do they have anything in common?
Business finance management graph/chart assignment
Chapter 8: Healthcare Analytics is part of the required reading this week. Data is what drives most business decisions and not in just healthcare. So, it is important for one to know how to present data and digest data. This assignment is a step away from the normal text-based work, and it allows students to show their creativity through a chart or graph. Here are the instructions:
1. Read chapter 8 in the course textbook. 2. Review these details about creating:
a. A scatter or line chart in MS Excel: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/present-your-data-in-a-scatter-chart-or-a-line-chart-4570a80f-599a-4d6b-a155-104a9018b86eb. A column chart in MS Excel: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/present-your-data-in-a-column-chart-d89050ba-e6b6-47de-b090-e9ab353c4c00c. A pie chart in MS Excel: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/office/add-a-pie-chart-1a5f08ae-ba40-46f2-9ed0-ff84873b7863
3. Of the three types listed above, students can select any one of those for this assignment. 4. Type a made-up scenario that would call for the selected type of chart to be used. The Scenario must revolve around one of these topics: medical coding, ER wait times, food deserts, predictive health analytics, or medical malpractice. <<<< Of those, students can choose whichever topic they feel most comfortable discussing. Students who have charts that do not surround these topics will automatically not be able to receive a score higher than a 87% (B+).
5. Populate a chart with hypothetical data for the scenario.
So, the submitted work should have two portions: The situation being described for which the chart or graph is being used; this portion should be 75-100 words. *Remember to only use one of the required topics. The actual chart or graph with hypothetical data coinciding with the made-up situation. Also, be sure to upload the actual Excel file/raw data file; this is so we can confirm the student actually created the graph/chart and did not just download a photo from a web page.
*All students should have access to MS Excel, but on the rare occasion they do not, students can research how to execute these graphs/charts utilizing the free Google Office Suite, but this should be an absolute resort.

Week 9 discussion question | HRM 520 Human Resource Information Systems | Strayer University
Week 9 Discussion HR Metrics and Workforce Analytics
Watch the video The Power of HR Metrics: Growth, Performance, SustainmentLinks to an external site. (3m 35s) on the importance of metrics.
Review the Case Study: Regional Hospital on page 420 of the textbook. Based on the video, your readings this week, and the case study, please respond to the following questions:
Do you believe that a program of HR metrics and workforce analytics might be useful in Regional Hospital?
What opportunities do you see regarding where and how metrics and analytics might be applied in this organization?
Identify three analyses and associated metrics you think might be useful for Regional Hospital to consider.
*Case Study: Regional Hospital
Regional Hospital is a 500-bed hospital and several associated clinics in a major East Coast metropolitan area. It has been an aggressive adopter of computing technologies in efforts to decrease costs and improve operational efficiencies. A critical challenge facing the hospital is meeting its ongoing challenges to staff the hospital and allied clinics effectively, given the ongoing shortage of nurses; uncertainty in health care legislation; emphasis on shortening hospital stays to reduce costs, which causes the daily census (numbers of patients in various departments) to vary dramatically from day to day and shift to shift; the continued aging of the population in its primary care area; and the unending competition for employees with key skill sets. Employee expenses represent more than 80% of the overall costs of operation for the hospital, so identifying ways to match optimal skills and numbers of employees to the appropriate shifts is critical to achieving consistent success. However, individual shift managers struggle to make effective staffing decisions, resulting in consistent overstaffing or understaffing of shifts and departments. These staffing problems potentially increase the high costs of varied levels of patient care and satisfaction and potentially increase the risk that staff turnover may escalate because of dissatisfaction with the continuing inability of managers to match staffing needs to demand.
Company managers recognize the potential that HR metrics and analytics might have for their organization, and they have come to you for help. They are hearing from their peers in other hospitals that metrics can help in this area but are not quite sure where to start. They are looking for you to offer guidance on how to do HR metrics and workforce analytics.
