How do you strike a balance between being overwhelmed with false positives and the danger of ignoring true incidents? What effects would false positives have on an organization? Make sure to cite your sources.***Standard for all Research AssignmentsYour paper should meet the following requirements:

do you believe that our first-responder community is as prepared for the eventuality of a ‘technological’ hazard in general, as they may be for the occurrence e of a ‘natural’ hazard?
Having read the material for weeks seven and eight as indicated in the Course Syllabus, along with the respective Weekly Course Lessons and the Weekly Course Announcement, write a clear and descriptive narrative that:
Distinguishes between a ‘technological’ and a ‘man-made’ disaster and that examines the subtleties of both. There are clear differences between natural and technological disasters, but how do technological and man-made disasters differ, if at all? If one perhaps more dependent on happenstance and or error – is the other perhaps more deliberate and causal by man himself?
Is there really a difference?
Does the difference matter?
Extending in this line of thought, do you believe that our first-responder community is as prepared for the eventuality of a ‘technological’ hazard in general, as they may be for the occurrence e of a ‘natural’ hazard?
Are they as prepared for the potential eventuality of a ‘man-made’ hazard in specific, as they may be for ‘natural’ and ‘technological’ hazards?
Finally, Examine the potential for a ‘man-made’ bio-terror attack. Do you believe we are prepared? Why or why not.
Are there mitigating and exacerbating conditions that would impact a nefarious bio-pathogenic release?
Are there protective action recommendations that might be enacted in response to a bio-terror attack? What are they? Which would you specifically recommend? Why?
Research and investigation beyond those materials indicated in the course-ware will be required.
Your assignment must be properly formatted and cited using APA (per the most recent edition of the APA manual).
Your assignment must be a minimum of 1,250 words, not counting cover page and reference page material. Your writing can be longer, but it cannot be under the minimum indicated word-count for credit.
Do not simply list questions and respond – your work is intended to be a complete, integrative narrative that embodies an introduction a body within which you respond to the targeted questions and a summary and conclusion.

List 2-3 ways a full day of social media blackout would impact each one of you individually.
In 350 words, use the three steps to explore the following resources:
Step 1: Review the Infographs below. Then, list the Top 3 utilized social media apps for your group based on the social media apps listed in the infographs.
Step 2: Read the Axios summary regarding social media and election literacy. Choose one of the companies’ policy regarding election information (click the hyperlink for Axios’ summary of Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube) and provide a brief summary: https://www.axios.com/majority-polled-back-a-social-media-blackout-for-election-5083dbef-5d44-46e5-827c-1356d0e5ef7e.html
Step 3: List 2-3 ways a full day of social media blackout would impact each one of you individually. List both positive and negative ways that you feel you would be impacted if the blackout were to go into effect on Election Day.
Provide a statement of the organization’s goals regarding workplace safety, risk management, or quality improvement; select one area, and develop five goals for that specific area.
Performance management is, ideally, an ongoing quality-assurance-based process. The process provides an organization, its employees, regulatory agencies, accreditors, and other stakeholders with a structured means to support and accomplish mutually identified strategic goals and objectives.
Assume the role of a newly-hired risk management officer for a hypothetical new allied health organization in your chosen career field. You and your team will need to develop the organization’s policies.
The first item you will create will be a performance management plan. The HIM Briefings (2019) article, which includes Lean, Six Sigma, or PDSA, is located in the Topic Materials. Using the resources in HIM Briefings or another qualified framework, craft a proposal (1,250-1,500 words) for a performance management plan for the new organization that includes the following:
Organizational Goals: Provide a statement of the organization’s goals regarding workplace safety, risk management, or quality improvement; select one area, and develop five goals for that specific area.
Outline of Organizational Objectives: Outline and provide a brief evaluation of specific objectives that support the organizational goals you previously identified, to include the use of an interdisciplinary approach to patient care.
Rationale: Evaluate the use of the interdisciplinary approach to patient care in the performance management plan. What provisions were planned in order to include this approach effectively?
Quality and Process Outcomes: Describe the importance of quality and process outcomes within one’s scope of practice.
Summary of Relevant Performance Measures: Summarize the steps and measures the new organization will adopt to measure performance. Consider (a) how well measures will align with the stated goals, (b) how these measures demonstrate the importance of quality and the relationship to positive health outcomes, (c) how the measures are able to be controlled by the organization (i.e., how the organization can affect change in this area), and (d) how the measures meet criteria related to reliability and validity, and are standardized.
Performance Baseline: Determine a performance baseline for the measures selected. This will enable the organization to conduct comparisons of desired goals versus actual results over time.
Performance Evaluation: Select one of three commonly accepted methods to measure provider quality. Summarize the features and why it applies best to the organization. Refer to the assigned reading, “The Measurement of Health Care Performance: A Primer from the Council of Medical Specialty Societies.”
Definition of Success: Define what success means to the organization. Now that you have chosen measures to assess organizational performance, identify what success means to the organization; otherwise, you are chasing a moving target. Be explicit in the level of performance you see as acceptable. This will change as an organization grows, but you need to start somewhere in order to get anywhere.
Identity the familial influence on the client’s behavior.
For your presentation, you have already completed a case study about your client/group, the theoretical analysis of your client’s behavior using a biological, psychological, and social perspective, and a discussion of the role of values in your client’s behavior. Now you need to discuss your client’s familial influence on behavior. Since this project is about a case study you have created, you will need to create family influence on your client’s behavior. Think about what families go through and how it affects individual behavior and use your ideas to help explain your client.
When considering family influence, there are several ways to analyze it. You can use a concept from Family Systems Theory, family structure, or parenting style to describe the client’s behavior and give an analysis of it. For your presentation, you need to choose and present one aspect of familial influence.
Family Systems Theory:
The family systems theory has eight concepts it uses to analyze families and their interactions. If using family systems theory to analyze your client, choose a minimum of one concept to explain their behavior.
Family Structure:
This considers the diverse forms of families and the implications for its members. Choose from traditional, blended, single-parent, same-sex, or foster-parent and explain how this structure influenced client behavior.
Parenting Style:
The type of parenting style a person grows up with has a great influence on behavior. Use one of the following categories to help analyze client behavior: authoritative, authoritarian or disciplinarian, indulgent or permissive, and uninvolved.
Instructions:
In a 1-2 page Microsoft Word document, write a summary of the familial influence on your client’s behavior. Address the following:
Identity the familial influence on the client’s behavior.
Select one (1) aspect of familial influence (Family Systems Theory, Family Structure, or Parenting Style) for analysis.
Provided an overview of the analysis and why this aspect was chosen.
Implement a least one (1) credible resource and include one (1) intext citation.
Include any resources you used on the reference page.
