You have been recently selected to lead an organization’s change efforts concerning the recent pandemic. During the pandemic, the organization moved to a work from home (WFH) model.
It has been several months now, and the WFH model proves to be highly successful for the company. Now the pandemic is gone, and the move back to the office is possible without sacrificing employee health and safety. Executive leadership has decided to continue the WFH module for the indefinite future; however, some managers in the organization want to move back to the office versus the continued working from home model.
The CEO has tasked you to promote this change for the organization and encourage other managers to get on board. You are serving as the change agent leader for this project by creating a presentation for an upcoming manager kickoff meeting for the work from the home model initiative. Remember, the goal is to create “buy-in” and support from managers on this new initiative.

Micro level market assessment:
1. Market Domain/Micro Level: Sector Market Benefits and Attractiveness
Realistically, it’s unlikely that your venture will meet the needs of everyone in the market. You’ll be more successful if you target your idea at one market sector or segment , and aim to meet its needs fully.
To identify this segment, look at the market on a micro level. Think about the following questions:
• Which segment of the overall market is most likely to benefit from your venture?
• How is your venture or product different from others already servicing this segment?
• What trends is this segment showing? Is it growing, and, if so, is this growth set to continue?

Look for qualitative and quantitative data. Talk to prospective customers to gather feedback on their needs, and to find out how well competitors are meeting these. Then, look for data on the sector you’re targeting, for example, by reading analysts’ reports and market research reports.
Most products don’t actually appeal to an entire market, but rather just a subset of that market. Who are the people within the market that you are going to be serving, and how many of them are there? Research question: What are the risk factors and plights for homelessness among US veterans?
Homelessness is a condition of lacking “regular, fixed, and sufficient in nighttime residence,” it entails shifting to different types of accommodation, homeless shelters, and places not suitable for human habitation. After thorough research about the topic, three major risk issues for homelessness were evident and shared in all articles. They include low income, severe mental illness, and substance abuse. However, two significant questions arose:
1. Do three risk factors identified in articles directly relate to homelessness among US veterans?
2. Apart from the three risks identified, are there any other factors that put the US veterans at risk of homelessness?
I selected that particular topic due to two main reasons. First, for the past three decades, the issue of homelessness among veterans has been in public discourse. I was interested to know why until 1980, the problem was considered a public health issue. During that time, the American economy was characterized by two economic recessions and a high inflation rate. Curiosity arose on whether the two issues directly related to the rise of homelessness among US veterans. On the verge of looking for the answers to the immediate problems facing them, I was prompted to research the topic. Second, I selected the topic to research on why homeless veterans are a social problem in American today despite several efforts taken to resolve it. In the attempt to look for the answers for the issues, it prompted me to research if there are complicated aspects that function together to technically subject veterans to the condition they are today. Therefore, the choice of the topic is very critical to review many social problems surrounding the issue of homelessness among veterans.

The answers to the points I ask you to address are clearly given.
Please read the information carefully. I want you to start by presenting a definition you have generated. That definition should have ten numbered characteristics. Supporting points are thoroughly made showing clearly that the writer has mined all useful examples and information from the texts.

Critical thinking is demonstrated throughout the paper. I want to see thought, clear understanding of the texts, and connections. This is not supposed to be some long ramble to summarize the texts. It’s supposed to be a bonafide connective exercise.
