Discuss how using such a declaration will help prevent ethical dilemmas and protect you as a professional.
In Chapter 12 the author reveals common ethical issues that you may face in your career of working as a BCBA in the clinical/applied field. Once again using real cases communicated to him across the years, the author points out how the BCBA “delivers the ethics message” to clients, parents/stakeholders, and agencies, supervisors, or administrators. He breaks down each example point by point indicating do’s and don’ts. In chapter 13, the author discusses using a “Declaration of Professional Practices and Procedures” as an antecedent control to decrease the number of ethical issues that may arise. Describe the information that should be included in each of the six sections and indicate the purpose of each section. Discuss how using such a declaration will help prevent ethical dilemmas and protect you as a professional.

Consider your online resources carefully, and use those with research-based information versus popular blogs.

Your audience is prospective families (parents and students) considering attending the University of St Thomas.
You will be responsible for the following

In your analysis you must include information around admission rates, retention and graduation rates. Everything else is up to you to determine how you want the story to fold together.
All visuals should be prepared in Tableau.
***Note in this assignment you will need to scrape your own data out of various sources. In some instances you will need to manually enter the data in from pdf (see Task-finalprojectdata.docx attached) to create the presentation.

What is a microgrid and its advantages/disadvantages to our current electricity grid?
The electric-utility business is going through a major business process reengineering (BPR), stemming from technology improvements, economic forces, and public awareness. The electricity sector is transforming from large plants that produce hundreds or thousands of megawatts of power that are sent to users through distribution grids, thanks to factors including lower cost natural gas and solar power. Other factors include advanced control systems; more compact, smarter, and efficient electrical inverters; smart electricity meters and the growing Internet of Things; and the ever-growing ability to extract actionable information from big data.
Use this forum to discuss solar power as an alternate to electricity. Although solar panels for most homes is not yet cost effective, discuss government subsidies that aim to put solar panels on more rooftops. What is ‘community solar’ and would you join such an initiative? What is a microgrid and its advantages/disadvantages to our current electricity grid?
