CGTC Dealing with Culture Shock from Expatriation Discussion

I’m trying to learn for my Management class and I’m stuck. Can you help? 1.Discuss how expatriates experience reverse culture shock in the repatriation process. What can companies do to help expatriates continue to be part of their home communities? If you were going through the repatriation process, what would you want the company to do for you and your family? 2. This is an interesting topic because as of right now I live in Germany because my Husband is Military and they moved us here. Although I am lucky and there is technology that helps me keep in touch with people and what is going on in the states, I am sure I will experience some form of reverse culture shock when we move back. Things have definitely changed in the states since we have been gone and even though we hear of those changes, we have yet to experience or see them for ourselves.
