Co-op training report – industrial engineering

I need somebody to help me with the coop training report.
I trained in logistic company and I need to summarize my train in one report.
 
the projects until now that I want is :
 
Project 1 :
– Inspection quality problem using DMIAC ( six sigma ).
 
Project 2 :
– Packing safety.
– forklift design.
 
Project 3
Build a warehouse Shuttle system system using facility planning.
 
 
And I uploaded some old reports and project details.
