The purpose of this research paper is to compare and contrast U.S. and Japanese styles of management. Include in the essay an Introduction – what the paper will be about, discuss each national culture, discuss each workforce, discuss each management style, discuss employee-employer relationships, and a conclusion – which style do you feel is a better fit for you. APA documentation and formatting style used appropriately (including in-text citations, reference entries, and format). Avoid bullet points and write in third person.
