Compare and contrast the three hard tissue types found in vertebrates
This is an ‘open book’ exam
Module Title Vertebrate Biology
Instructions to Candidates
1. Below are four short essay questions of which you need to choose two out of the four to answer. Each answer will be 500 words with a maximum of five references for each. Any images included must be hand drawn.
2. This is an ‘event assessment’ which means that the late submission period does not apply, nor will you be able to request an extension. Any attempt to submit after the published deadline will be treated as a non-submission. However, if you are unable to submit the work on time due to extenuating circumstances you can apply for mitigation in the normal way. If this is accepted you would be required to complete a re-assessment during the next re-assessment period.
3. By submitting your exam answers you agree to the following: I understand that the piece of work submitted will be considered as the final and complete version of my assessment of which I am otherwise the sole author. I understand both the meaning and consequences of plagiarism and that my work has been appropriately attributed unless otherwise stated. I have not knowingly allowed another to copy my work. I am unable to add to or amend any work once it has been submitted.
Mitigation – Academic Regulations (Twelfth Edition August 2019) 6.112 – 6.122
