1. In general, describe the purpose of a job and task analysis. (150-200 words)

Select a specific job you have had and with which you are very familiar, or you could, instead, interview someone who holds a specific job and obtain detailed information about the job role from them. 4. Use the results of your job analysis to write a detailed job description that describes the components, characteristics, and requirements for the job you selected. (825 words) You will format everything into a APA paper
