Access scholarly books,scholarly articles and scholarly resources from the internet that are within the last five yearsto prepare information for the patient on his disease and or treatment. Create an original patient education handout or pamphlet that is specific to your patient on the patient’sparticular medical problem or on some aspect of treatment. The information should be user friendly (keep the age of the patient in mind) and developmentally appropriate.
