Quality Improvement Proposal Development: Implementation and Evaluation
Choose a topic for your Final project from the list below. Write a minimum 750-word problem statement for a quality improvement (QI) plan for your checkpoint 1 assignment. Include a minimum of 2 scholarly or industry sources. Begin to develop your spiritual framework through referencing a
scripture. Use APA editorial style to format your paper, citations, and references list.
Design and explain how you will implement and evaluate your quality improvement plan. Provide details laid-out in your objectives through actions steps. Describe teams and/or a committee/task force that are required to implement the quality improvement plan (e.g., who are they and what are their
functions). Provide details about the way you will measure the objectives. The following should be included in the Methods section of the quality improvement proposal:
Methods (750-word minimum)
Implementation methods
Describe personnel
Detail who they are and their functions
Why are teams/task force/committees needed
How will you study the intervention (e.g., PSDA)
How will you measure the process or outcomes from the intervention (e.g., surveys, interviews, data collection)
This section of the proposal should include an ethical perspective based on your Christian worldview.
Use at least one scripture to support your ethical perspective. Include at minimum of two scholarly or popular press sources. Use APA editorial style for citations and reference list.
