Develop a graphic, poster, or flow chart that describes the process of construction from the acceptance of the award to the final payment
Communication: After reading CMF Ch. 2 Overview of the Construction Industry (PDF provided) and HSL Ch 3. Issues During Construction, develop a graphic, poster, or flow chart that describes the process of construction from the acceptance of the award to the final payment. Include a brief description of each stage of the process in your graphic, and indicate which project player is (or may be) responsible for each element. Not every ‘stage’ of construction happens every time–consider including some information that denotes the conditions that may change the process. Use software or a style of communication that makes the most sense to you, but make sure your graphic is legible and easy to follow. Consider adding a legend if you use a lot of symbols. All written or “communication” discussion posts require that you respond to at least two other student’s posts. Responses must provide a contribution to the conversation–such as noting things you missed in your graphic or players the other student may be considering that you may not.
