You need to analyse a SME (max 250 employees) using the following resources and models.
It is important to choose an SME for which you can get enough information to work on.
1) Resource based view analysis and VRIO was covered in week 4
2) Analysisng industry structure using Prahalad and Doz’s matrix (or model); 
3) An analysis of the industry’s globalisation drivers.
